Estate Planning

Everyone needs a Will. If you do not have a Will, then the State of Texas has already written one for you via the Texas Estates Code. If you trust the government to manage your estate after you pass, then you may ignore this part of our website. If you want to have some control over the process and make things much easier on your family after you are gone, then please contact us and ask about our estate planning packages.

The basic estate planning package includes a Will, power of attorney (both durable and medical), advanced directive (a.k.a. living Will), guardianship designation, HIPAA waivers for family members, and burial instructions. We recommend execution of all documents to cover all possible scenarios.
